In case of Damage, please retain the shipping carton with Postal Label and
broken or damaged Merchandise, and please contact the postal Service
and Barbara Duncan Studio.
There are no Refunds on Video Tapes, Please note that if you
receive a defective tape, please return the defective tape for
a replacement of a new tape of the same kind. For Replacements
please contact Barbara within 30 days of reciving your order.
