Postage:

Video Tapes: $3.50 For one tape. Add $1.50 for each additional video on the same order.
Books: $3.50 for one book. Add 1.50 For each additional book on the same order.
**Express Mail available on request at a higher rate.

International Orders:

Please designate video system, PAL or NTSC when ordering videos.

International Postage:

Please allow for extra postage and insurance. For the exact amount of postage for your order please write To Barbara Duncan Studios.
*Surface Mail: Please allow 2 to 4 months for delivery,
*Air Mail: Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery

Damage:

In case of damage, please retain the shipping container with postal label and broken or damaged merchandise, and please contact the postal service and Barbara Duncan Studio.

Refund Policy:

There are no refunds on video tapes. Please note that if you receive a defective tape, return the defective tape for a replacement of a new tape of the same kind. For replacements please contact Barbara within 30 days of reciving your order.
